A comprehensive PS5 cooling-system service for overheating symptoms, loud fan operation or suspected thermal-interface issues. Includes a deep clean and inspection of the APU liquid-metal interface.

- Appropriate redistribution or replacement of liquid metal depending on condition
- Inspection and servicing of disturbed or defective thermal materials where necessary

Why choose this service?
Dust, airflow restrictions and problems at the thermal interface can contribute to overheating. We inspect and service the cooling system rather than assuming every shutdown is the same fault.
Compatibility
We check the console model and repair requirements on receipt. If a different service is needed or the booked repair is unsuitable, we'll discuss the options before proceeding.
Turnaround time
We confirm the estimated completion time after inspection, subject to workload and parts availability.
Warranty
Service-related workmanship and fitted repair materials are covered for 12 months. Unrelated future hardware faults and subsequent damage are not covered; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before posting your PS5
Send the console only: no controller, cables, discs, detachable stand or other accessories. Remove any expansion SSD unless agreed in advance. Pack it in a rigid double-wall box with cushioning on every side and protection around the ports. Include your order number and contact details. You arrange and pay for postage to us.

Important information
The PS5 uses conductive liquid metal, not conventional thermal paste at its APU. Unrelated motherboard, power-supply and fan-control faults are outside this service; any additional work is discussed first.
If a previous repair attempt or unexpected damage requires work outside the service, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before any additional charge. Previous opening alone does not incur a surcharge. For multiple repairs on the same physical console, request a combined quote to avoid paying for included return carriage twice.
