By purchasing a repair service, you agree that:
• Repairs are carried out based on the issue described at the time of booking
• Additional faults may be identified during inspection
• We will contact you before proceeding with any additional work
Important:
• Repairs are non-refundable once completed
• If you choose not to proceed after sending your device, return postage may be chargeable
• If a device is beyond repair, we will return it or offer options
We are not responsible for:
• Pre-existing faults not related to the repair
• Loss of data (you must back up your device before sending it)

• Return shipping after repair is included
