We offer a 30-day returns policy for physical products (such as parts or accessories). This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔧 Repair Services (Important)
For all mail-in repair services, the following applies:
• Repair services are non-refundable once the repair has been completed
• If you decide not to proceed after sending your device, return postage may be chargeable
• If we are unable to repair your device, we will contact you before returning it

🚚 Shipping
• Customers are responsible for sending their device to us
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service
• Return shipping after repair is included in the service price

⚠️ Damages & Issues
Please inspect any returned items upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
• The item is damaged
• You receive the wrong item
• There is an issue with your repair
We will assess the issue and make it right.

❌ Non-returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
• Completed repair services
• Custom or special-order items
• Sale items
• Gift cards

🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, return the item and place a new order.

🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
However:
• This does not apply once a repair service has been completed
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

💳 Refunds
For eligible returns:
• We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
