✅ Repair Warranty Included

FrameRate Builds provides a 12-month warranty on repair workmanship and fitted replacement parts against repair-related faults. The sole exception is a dashcam replacement battery: the battery has six months of cover, while the workmanship involved in fitting it remains covered for 12 months. A defect in the replacement battery itself falls under the six-month battery cover; a repair-related fault caused by our fitting workmanship falls under the 12-month workmanship cover. This applies to controller repairs and upgrades, retro console repairs, recaps and upgrades, iPad repairs and dashcam hardware repairs. This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory consumer rights. The warranty covers:

• Parts we have supplied and installed

• Workmanship and labour

• Faults directly related to the repair carried out

If an issue arises within this period, we’ll put it right.

• Recurrence of the same repair-related fault

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair, the warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (drops, liquid damage, impact)

• Misuse, tampering or subsequent customer damage after repair

• Unrelated faults that were not part of the original repair

• Software issues (unless specifically stated)
