Give your PS5 a thorough internal clean to tackle dust build-up, restricted airflow and excessive fan noise. We clean the accessible cooling system and check the console's operation before return.

Why choose this service?
Dust around the fan and heatsink restricts airflow. This service focuses on cleaning those pathways without routinely disturbing the APU liquid-metal interface.
Compatibility
We check the console model and repair requirements on receipt. If a different service is needed or the booked repair is unsuitable, we'll discuss the options before proceeding.
Turnaround time
We confirm the estimated completion time after inspection, subject to workload and parts availability.
Warranty
Our cleaning workmanship is covered for 12 months against service-related defects. Future dust build-up and unrelated faults are not covered; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before posting your PS5
Send the console only: no controller, cables, discs, detachable stand or other accessories. Remove any expansion SSD unless agreed in advance. Pack it in a rigid double-wall box with cushioning on every side and protection around the ports. Include your order number and contact details. You arrange and pay for postage to us.

Important information
This is preventative maintenance, not a guaranteed fix for unexplained shutdowns or other electronic faults. Liquid-metal interface servicing is available separately.
If a previous repair attempt or unexpected damage requires work outside the service, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before any additional charge. Previous opening alone does not incur a surcharge. For multiple repairs on the same physical console, request a combined quote to avoid paying for included return carriage twice.
