Some imported cartridges may still require the cartridge slot or shell to accept their physical shape. Display compatibility at 60Hz and the correct video cable remain the customer’s responsibility.

This service is for compatible PAL consoles that are generally operational. Unrelated faults or previous modification damage are quoted separately.

Turnaround time

Repairs are normally completed within 1–2 working days after receipt, subject to inspection, parts availability and current workload.

Warranty

The repair, installed parts and workmanship are covered for 12 months against repair-related faults. Accidental damage, liquid damage, impact damage, misuse, normal battery ageing and unrelated faults are not covered.
