Before posting your PS5
Send the console only: no controller, cables, discs, detachable stand or other accessories. Remove any expansion SSD unless agreed in advance. Pack it in a rigid double-wall box with cushioning on every side and protection around the ports. Include your order number and contact details. You arrange and pay for postage to us.

Important information
Typical ripped-pad and local trace repair is included. A defective fan, unrelated fan-control circuit or extensive internal board reconstruction needs separate assessment and approval before extra work.
If a previous repair attempt or unexpected damage requires work outside the service, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before any additional charge. Previous opening alone does not incur a surcharge. For multiple repairs on the same physical console, request a combined quote to avoid paying for included return carriage twice.
