Warranty
Fitted parts and repair workmanship are covered for 12 months against repair-related defects. New physical damage, misuse and unrelated faults are excluded; statutory rights remain unaffected.
Before posting your PS5
Send the console only: no controller, cables, discs, detachable stand or other accessories. Remove any expansion SSD unless agreed in advance. Pack it in a rigid double-wall box with cushioning on every side and protection around the ports. Include your order number and contact details. You arrange and pay for postage to us.

Important information
Not every no-picture fault comes from the HDMI port. HDMI encoder faults, extensive PCB damage and unrelated circuitry problems require separate assessment and approval for additional work.
If a previous repair attempt or unexpected damage requires work outside the service, we will explain it and obtain your agreement before any additional charge. Previous opening alone does not incur a surcharge. For multiple repairs on the same physical console, request a combined quote to avoid paying for included return carriage twice.
